MORE INFO:
Mixed groups of up to 4 people.
All classes start at 10:30am, please arrive at The Flintlock Restaurant for 10am.
Classes last for 5 hours with a 1 hour break for lunch.
All equipment is provided, you are welcome to bring your own knives if you prefer to use them.
Please dress appropriately for a kitchen environment, long trousers, non slip shoes if you have them. Jewellery must be removed before entering the kitchen. Aprons will be provided on the day.
Hot and cold refreshments are provided throughout the day.
All courses delivered in English, you will be provided with a note pack from your experience but you are welcome to make your own notes throughout the day.

Parking available on site.
Nearest train station is Stoke On Trent – 25 minute taxi ride away.
Accommodation is not available on site however there are plenty of hotels and BnB’s in the area, especially in Leek (4 miles away).
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Our classes are non refundable however with at least 7 days notice we can rearrange your class to a different day/time.
