Thom started his career working at a Latin American restaurant, at just 17 years old he was made the head chef. After 6 years at the helm Thom decided to move away from industry to learn about the wider world. 10 years later he came back to take the keys of the same restaurant to completely transform it into a fine dining destination known as The Flintlock at Cheddleton
