Join us in The Flintlock kitchen for a class all about nailing those all important side dishes, Experience Thom’s most successful social media series in real life - from salads for BBQ’s, All the best bits for a Steak night and of course plenty of potato inspiration.

Join us in The Flintlock kitchen for a class all about nailing those all important side dishes, Experience Thom’s most successful social media series in real life - from salads for BBQ’s, All the best bits for a Steak night and of course plenty of potato inspiration.

MORE INFO:

Mixed groups of up to 4 people.

All classes start at 10:30am, please arrive at The Flintlock Restaurant for 10am.

Classes last for 5 hours with a 1 hour break for lunch.

All equipment is provided, you are welcome to bring your own knives if you prefer to use them.

Please dress appropriately for a kitchen environment, long trousers, non slip shoes if you have them. Jewellery must be removed before entering the kitchen. Aprons will be provided on the day.

Hot and cold refreshments are provided throughout the day.

All courses delivered in English, you will be provided with a note pack from your experience but you are welcome to make your own notes throughout the day.
